Tall buildings foundation systems - design process and take-off

Hi everyone, 

I am a new entry in GeWorld. 

I am a recently graduated Civil Engineer and I am interested in foundations for high-rise. Could you please tell me which are the most expert firms/companies in tall buildings design? Also, are there any available and reliable data on concrete raft and piles take-offs for the tallest buildings (Burji Khalifa for ex.)?
