Dr. Tiwari, On our initial read we have some preliminary claifications that we would like. We have found no clarification thread so far, therefore we are listing them here. 1. Under 10.B, Execution - Construction Stage, there is no mention of the time given to fabricate the wall and/or attach the reinforcement to the wall. Will this be timed seperately from loading of the backfill? 2. Under 10.c, Execution - Loading Stage, there is a reference to Figure 5. There does not appear to be a Figure 4 or Figure 5.
