Can we use loading frame made by oueselves? And, is there any requirements of pvc pipes?For example,the colour of pipes?Can pipes be transparent?

No. The loading frames will be supplied by the organizers. THe only requirement for the PVC pite is it should be " 1-½” schedule 40 PVC pipe".
