• Coordinated field and Laboratory tests and prepared Geotechnical investigation report for Road linking of Sheikh Khalifa Hospital to Federal road network, Ras Al Khaima.
• Played a key role for implementation of Quality management system in Wimpey laboratories.
Key Responsibilities
• Suggesting Geotechnical Investigation methods/Tests after studying the project requirement.
• Preparation of proposal for the Geotechnical investigation enquiries from various clients considering the required tests for the subject works.
• Planning and coordinating field and laboratory tests as per the priorities.
• Monitoring test activities and equipment used to ensure that they conform to standard specification.
• Liaising with client and structural engineers with regards to project site ground condition and project solutions, including foundation design and as peer the applicable standards and statutory and regulatory requirement.
• Preparing technical report including drafting of specification.
• Estimating and costing for activities of ground improvement and civil engineering works.
• Preparation of field report, factual report and final report including geotechnical recommendations.
• Reviewing, assessing and interpreting of all the geotechnical reports.
• Follow-up and supervising all day to day activities related to soil investigations.
• Reviewing of specification and method of statement of soil investigation works, earth work, back filling etc.
Projects Undertaken:
Construction of Road linking Sheikh Khalifa Specialty Hospital with the Federal Road network.
G+ M+ 6 Diplomatic Academic Building at Plot No. 3_52, Sector No. W59_02, Abu Dhabi Island, Abu Dhabi.
