-Project 2: N. Mohammad Polymer Unit-3, Basement+6 story factory Building (Industrial project) at Boalkhali, Chattogram (Area=330,000 Sft, 250 Crore), start from January, 2024 (Processed for LEED Certification) with Utility building, Fire tank etc.
-Project 3: N. Mohammad Polymer Unit-2, 3 story PEB factory Building (handed over Industrial project) at Boalkhali, Chattogram (Area=25,000 Sft), handover in October 2024 with ST, 2 story RCC admin building etc.
-Project 4: LGED Saidul Haq Road, a 700 meter bituminous road (handed over Governmental project of LGED) at raozan, Chattogram (width 8 ft) with RCC shore protection by piling/brick wall and 2 nos Culvert construction, handed over in january 2025.
-Project 5: Public Health Wash block building, a 21 number wash block building construction (ongoing Governmental project of Public Health Engineering Department) with Mat foundation/Isolated footing at Raozan, Chattogram with structural and finishing work like brick work, tiles work, sanitary and plumbing wiring, electrical wiring/switch/socket, toilet fixtures, paint work, gate fitting, door/window, grill etc with ST-Soak well and will be handed over in February 2025.
-Project 6: Directorate General of Food, Food Ministry, 1000 MT (10,000 Sft) and 500 MT (5000 Sft) Food Godown building, a 22 Ft height building construction (ongoing Governmental project) with Pile foundation/Isolated footing at Anwara and Satkania chattogram, Sandip Chattogram with structural and finishing work like brick work, tiles work, sanitary and plumbing wiring, electrical wiring/switch/socket, toilet fixtures, paint work, gate fitting, door/window, grill etc with ancillary structures and will be handed over in June 2026.
-Project 7: LGED Gohira Ismail Road, a 900 meter bituminous road (handed over Governmental project of LGED) at raozan, Chattogram (width 8 ft) with 1 nos Culvert construction, handed over in April 2025.
-Project 8: LGED Kabir ahmed Road, a 1000 meter bituminous road (handed over Governmental project of LGED) at raozan, Chattogram (width 10 ft) with 1 nos Culvert construction, handed over in April 2025.
-Project 9: LGED Modunaghat Road, a 900 meter bituminous road (ongoing Governmental project of LGED) at raozan, Chattogram (width 10 ft) with RCC shore protection by piling/brick wall construction, will be handed over in June 2025.
-Project 10: LGED Bashkhali Fakir Shah Road, a 1500 meter bituminous road (ongoing Governmental project of LGED) at bashkali, Chattogram (width 8 ft) with RCC shore protection by piling/brick wall and 1 nos 7.3m long Culvert construction, will be handed over in June 2025.
-Project 11: LGED Bashkhali Mvi Ashkaria Road, a 1000 meter bituminous road (ongoing Governmental project of LGED) at bashkali, Chattogram (width 10 ft) with RCC shore protection by piling/brick wall and 2 nos Culvert construction, will be handed over in July 2025.
-Project 12: Public Health deep tubewell with structure, a 750 number deep tubewell (750-800 ft depth) with infrastructure construction (ongoing Governmental project of Public Health Engineering Department) at Raozan, Chattogram with structural and finishing work like brick work, tiles work, plumbing work etc and will be handed over in June 2025.
Also there are 3 building under design stage in Mirsarai Economic zone, chattogram for factory construction, one 6 story factory building in Boalkali chattogram and planning ongoing to increase real estate projects, private construction projects and Governmental projects (in PWD, Road & Highway, EED, LGED, Water Development board, Navy etc).
