- I am working in “Engineering & Research Associates (ERA) “in the position of as a Practitioner Geotechnical Engineering. I almost have 6 years+ of experience. I have completed more than 180+ soil investigation projects in different places of Bangladesh. I have experience in guiding laboratory works and quality control of tests program. Now my current roles are managed scheduling, internal coordination and office operation. I helped improved scheduling efficiency by introducing new system that reduced delays and improved communication.
  I am excited to work as a dedicated professional mindset in the construction or civil engineering industry in home and abroad. I possess a researcher mindset and find great joy in analyzing data to find out the engineering solution.
