PLAXIS 3D-embedded beams

I have implemented my piles as "embedded beams" in the model for the numerical calculation of a Combined Pile Slab Foundation. I am using Plaxis 3D. I have heard that there is an update for Embedded Beams - Embedded Beams I - which can be activated separately. I don't know how to switch between EB to EBI. Can anyone help me further?

I think you refer to EBI followed from this research: http://resolver.tudelft.nl/uuid:3caf32ac-c754-4ac9-9ad4-6e92cf46dd9f
PLAXIS is still conducting research and spends a lot of time now on the validation of this specific element in different types of behavior.
