Geolabs Limited is a wholly independent testing-only company and has been providing soil, rock and aggregate laboratory testing services since 1995.
Testing is performed by staff with a combined total of over 450 years of soils and rocks testing experience. Geolabs ensure that the highest level of quality are achieved and maintained in their operations and are UKAS accredited for a wide range of tests including: effective stress, shearboxes, classification, earthworks, consolidation, permeability, total stress, rock tests etc.
UKAS monitor the compliance with the relevant National Standards, Test Specifications and specific project requirements to ensure that accredited laboratories are in compliance with International Standard ISO/IEC 17025 : 2005 General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories and reinforces the competence, impartiality and performance capability of the accredited holding accreditation.
