Call for Papers for Special Issue on Geoenvironmental Engineering Case Histories ISSMGE International Journal of Geoengineering Case Histories TC 215 on Environmental Geotechnics is pleased to announce a Call for Papers for Case Histories in Geoenvironmental Engineering that will be published in ISSMGE?s International Journal of Geoengineering Case Histories. Well-documented case histories with detailed site characterization data and monitoring data to assess field performance are particularly welcome. Case histories may relate to: Landfills and bioreactors Heap leach pads and impoundments, tailings facilities Barrier systems Sediment dredging, capping and remediation Soil and ground water remediation Slopes, dikes, and embankments or ground improvement associated with Geoenvironmental problems Disaster waste management Successful reuse of residual, or recycled materials Waste to energy Nuclear waste containment Interested authors are encouraged to submit a 300-word abstract by 31 October 2016 to Prof. Abdelmalek Bouazza [email protected] and/or Prof. Dimitrios Zekkos [email protected] Authors will be notified shortly after about the acceptance of their abstract.
