Hello Dr. Tiwari,

Will the steel loading frame be in place during construction or after the construction phase? Assuming the frame is in place during constuction, this would mean that paper reinforcement could not be easily fitted over the PVC piles.

The PVC pipes must be in place before any sand is poured into the sandbox. However, the steel loading frame will be installed into these pipes after the completion of the construction before the front face is removed.
