The objective of the International Network for Women Faculty in Geotechnical Engineering is to promote interaction, collaboration and peer-mentorship of women Faculty at an international level.  The group is intended to create opportunities for global collaboration on research or teaching methods among female faculty members.  The group also is intended to enable a stronger recruitment for female students to study Geotechnical Engineering.
