    • I am the Civil Engineering Discipline Lead for all BHE, US Transmission projects throughout North America, including those associated with PacifiCorp's Energy Gateway Expansion. This position requires support for all civil engineering functions during permitting, design and construction of new high and extra high voltage transmission lines. Activities include; civil, construction, and geotechnical engineering technical support during NEPA permitting phases, technical oversight and design support during EPC engineering, construction and inspection support as the projects are built. I coordinate all civil, structural and geotechnical engineering aspects of the projects through the project Owner's Engineer, and the EPC Contractor's engineering firms. Additionally, I support all civil, structural and geotechnical engineering aspects, from permitting through construction closeout, for the substation portions of the Energy Gateway Project. These include expansions to existing 230-345 kV substations, as well as greenfield development of new 500 kV substations.

    • Wilding Engineering is a multidiscipline engineering and surveying firm located in Bluffdale, Utah. They specialize in provision of engineering and survey for land development projects. During my engagment with Wilding I performed engineering for many residential, commercial, and industrial projects. I actively participated in all available engineering design projects, performing calculations, design, and CAD drafting for permitting. I managed projects from development of the contractual agreement to construction. As member of the Company Board of Directors, I helped to guide the development and growth of the business. Achievments included management of the expansion of their Geotechnical Engineering and Civil Inspection departments, and National Accreditation of their Construction Materials and Geotechnical Laboratories.
