Provide internal customers with a range of geotechnical engineering skills and services from due diligence to geotechnical design and construction support. Review performance with team to identify issues and innovate solutions to ensure alignment with departmental best practices.
• Oversee activities of 10 engineers located in Denmark, UK and Germany
• Provides direct management support to Head of Geotechnical Engineering, managing 20+ staff members working on multidisciplinary engineering design projects
