I am a Graduate Civil Engineer from National Institute ofTechnology (Durgapur) India in the year 1972, had acquired my Post Grad qualification Masters of Structural Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology ,Kharagpur,India in 1983.
1.I had served Central Soil & Material Research Station ,New Delhi for 4 years 1973-1977
2. Joined Military Engineering Services(MES) as Indian Defence Service of Engineers(1976 batchUPSC) and served till1990.
3.Joined Nuclear Power Corporation India Ltd In 1990 and retired as Chief Engineer(Civil) 2010.
4.Served Consulting Engineering Services for 2 years 5 months from 2011-2013 May as Consultant( spl structures).
5.Served Larsen&Toubro Technology Services Vadodara,India from 2013-2017 as Nuclear Domain Consultant.
6. Working presently as Indepent Consultant for Structural& PMS since 2018 onwards as free lance Consultant
7.I was deputed by Govt of India to Bangladesh for a 3 monthsdeputation(Sept-Dec2018) to review foundation design documents prepared by Russian General Designer Atom Energo Project (ROSATOM) wherein I had reviewed the following,
Preliminery Safety AnalysisReport(PSAR) Chapter 2.5 ,3.7&3.8 as per USNRC RG 1.70 format. Slope Stability analysis of the frontline River Protection Embankment using Program GE-05 2019. Independently derived out Site Specific Ground Motion accelerogram and Response Spectra by 3 different method for verification of PSAR data using
Next GenerationAttenuation equation.
Derived acceleration time history using program Shake91 at the bottom of Foundation plate.
