Technical Manager Position (Intermediate Manager since January 2016)
LOF planification with production and geological teams
Active participation in safety, health, and environmental site programs (Successful ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 surveillance audits)
Providing technical guidance, mentorship, and supervision for the site geotechnical technicians and site workers
Preparation and review of technical reports, drawings, and specifications
Analyzing site geometry
Rock mechanics, ground control and support design and dimensioning of excavations for underground sites. Geotechnical site investigations and studies
Working conjointly with production planning engineers as well as technicians and engineers assigned to production site design
Short term ventilation planning, ventilation network models, ventilation surveys
Study and survey of stability and impermeability of tailings dam
Successful participation in extern sites missions (geotechnical testing systems and instrumentation mission with ITASCA Consulting Canada, Inc)
Successful participation in the audit for obtaining the CSR Label (Corporate social responsibility)
