I am responsible for leading ALTA’s commercial strategy and driving the company’s growth across the mining, energy, infrastructure, and environmental sectors. My main activities include:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities, markets, and strategic clients aligned with ALTA’s technical capabilities.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, positioning ALTA as a trusted partner for complex geotechnical and hydrotechnical challenges.
Leading the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and internal processes.
Conducting commercial negotiations, including scope definitions, pricing strategies, payment terms, and contract structures.
Managing the opportunity pipeline and CRM routines, improving visibility, forecasting, and the overall commercial process.
Coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of client demands and seamless communication from early discussions through project delivery.
Representing ALTA in industry events, conferences, and technical forums, strengthening brand visibility and institutional positioning.
Establishing strategic partnerships with complementary companies to offer integrated engineering solutions.
