- Mr. Amir H. Zamani, Eng., is a Mining Rock Mechanics - Geotechnical Engineer with more than 23 years’ experience in the field of mining and tunnelling industry. He performed geotechnical studies for tailings storage facility including static and dynamic slope stability, liquefaction potential assessment of tailings and foundation, evaluation of residual and post-liquefaction strength, coupled stress - deformation analysis under static and seismic loading, seepage analysis (infiltration flux and interstitial water pressure), designing with Geosynthetics, seepage control and TSF subsurface drainage system design, foundation consolidation and settlement analysis.
