Chip Fuller has been involved in the civil engineering products industry for 34 years, most recently as co-founder and President of Strata Systems, Inc., an int'l manufacturer of geogrids used for soil reinforcement, and currently as President of a manufacturers' rep firm, Abaco Technologies.
He has a degree in Ocean Engineering and MBA from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL, and completed an executive education program at Stanford University. Chip has personally done significant business in over 30 countries on 6 continents.
He has written numerous technical papers and articles on the subjects of erosion control, geotextiles and soil reinforcement.. He has been a member in the past of numerous professional and trade organizations including:

Chip has founded several companies since 1979 including Geodynamics, Inc., Waterway Technologies Co., Strata Systems, Inc. and Abaco Technologies. He has also been employed by Motorola, Naue GmbH, TenCate, Conwed Plastics and Tensar. Additionally, he has been a key participant in seven mergers/acquisitions since 1984.
His experience includes being CEO of Merex, Ltd., a geogrid manufacturing company in Taiwan where he executed a full turnaround plan and establishment of a new international distribution network for the company.
Chip's new company, ABACO TECHNOLOGIES, INC., helps other companies with their entry into international markets through establishment of distribution channels, CRM strategy, product portfolio expansion, customer relationship management, and the establishment of short and long-term business plans.
