- After 45 years as the founder and President of two national specialty contractors, Chris Ryan has worked since 2014 as a consultant to Owners, Engineers and Contractors to help choose and implement cost-effective constructed solutions for complex soil and groundwater problems. He has particular expertise in:
  -Deep Subsurface groundwater barrier walls installed by slurry supported excavation and by mixed-in-place techniques.
  -Soil mixing for ground improvement.
  -In situ soil mixing for environmental contamination remediation.
  -Interpreting contract documents in potential differing site conditions litigation.
  He has worked on projects in all 50 states and 10 foreign countries. The combination of engineering expertise and construction experience make for a powerful combination that usually results in innovative conceptual solutions and big savings for projects.
