    • Implementation of Infrastructure Assets Management System (Integration of Pavement and Bridges Database, Implementation of the different Stages from Development to Go Live for the System, Upload the Deterioration Models, Level of Service and Maintenance Plans for Road Assets).

      The IAMS was implemented for a network of 150,000Km Carriageway for all the Kingdom Implementation of Infrastructure Assets Management System (Integration of Pavement and Bridges Database, Implementation of the different Stages from Development to Go Live for the System, Upload the Deterioration Models, Level of Service and Maintenance Plans for Road Assets).

      The IAMS was implemented for a network of 150,000Km Carriageway for all the Kingdom.

      Technical support to the Performance Based Road Maintenance Contracts in the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (62 contracts) through the Quality Monitoring Contract.

      The support is provided in different areas such as:

      - Technical Audits to the Contractors
      - Implementation of IoT
      - Utilization of Drones in different aspects (data collection and process and inspection for road assets, traffic, execution monitoring)
      - Implementation and Operation of a Control and Monitoring Center
      - Creation of Executive training programs for MoTLS and APPLUS personnel

      - Installation of 27 ITS counting and 5 dynamic weight in motion stations

      - Organization for roads routine maintenance and implantation of mobile devices for on-site inspections

      - Development of a Bridge Management System

      - Preparation for the yearly pavement maintenance plans and supervision for the works

      - Organization of research of applied maintenance techniques

      - Internal analysis of Ministry capabilities to apply for international awards General Administration procedures

      - Annual budgets for pavement and assets maintenance

      - Routine Maintenance base in Performance and KPI

      - Testing of Materials in maintenance sections

      - Strategy design for Key Performance Indexes for Master Plan

      - Guidance of New Technologies to be applied
