    • Played a major role in geotechnical investigation survey for the proposed 820KM Lokichar-Lamu Crude Oil Pipeline Survey as Team Leader and lead field geologist in Samburu and Turkana Counties sections. The project involved drilling of boreholes across river channels and at proposed pumping station. Boreholes were drilled to a maximum of 20m with standard penetration test and U100 performed. Samples were also collected at different depths. Trial pitting were conducted with thermal resistivity and shear vane test done at 1m.

    • Worked for Tullow Oil- Kenya under WorleyParsons Group/ Advisian in above project. The aim of the project was to provide a geotechnical report for a construction of Central Facility Area in preparation for first oil production in Kenya. The project Involved drilling of 35 boreholes (13 with installation), excavation of 36 Test Pits and performance of Standard Penetration Test and Dynamic Cone Penetration.

      • Guiding the driller and ensuring SPTs are conducted correctly and in the right depths.

      • General site management and logistics.

      • Health Safety and Environmental officer. (Ensuring PPEs are worn while undertaking tasks in site).
