Client: The Ministry of Economic Development GOB
Main project features: Three-span concrete bridge, driven piles, retaining walls, abutments and DBST.

Activities performed: Responsible for preparing, organizing, and managing all project documentation required for the pretender phase, ensuring that every technical submission was fully aligned with project specifications, drawings, contractual
obligations, and applicable regulatory requirements. Activities included the detailed review of drawings, technical
specifications, environmental documents, and preliminary method statements. Worked closely with the designer and the
Employer to verify that preliminary engineering solutions met the performance criteria established for the new bridge,
covering geotechnical, structural, and hydraulic aspects. This included evaluating alternative design proposals, identifying
inconsistencies, and issuing formal technical comments to guide revisions and ensure design completeness before
tendering. Supported procurement-related tasks by checking the completeness and compliance of tender documentation,
Bills of Quantities, financial breakdowns, and the proposed material sources. Ensured traceability and accuracy of all
technical submissions through a structured document-control system and by coordinating clarification processes among
stakeholders. Additionally, contributed to early risk identification by highlighting potential gaps in design assumptions,
material availability, logistics, and environmental constraints. Facilitated regular coordination meetings, prepared progress
updates, and assisted the Employer in decision-making by providing clear technical summaries and recommendations prior
to finalizing the tender package.
