- Senior Geotechnical Engineer
- I am employers of Ethiopian Roads Authority since April 2016 up-to-date and work on Road Research Center (RRC) under Landslide and Geotechnical Research Team (LGRT).
  The main tasks that I involved under LGRT team, RRC districts office of ERA and captured much experiences on the following work areas.
  1. How to researching landslide and geotechnical related problems when occurring on the roads infrastructure or near the roads vicinity and preparing assessments report.
  2. How to deliver research-based solutions for road industries and providing technical supports based on research finding
  3. How to handover, researching, and monitoring new technology and innovation works
