As a Geotechnical Engineer I worked on a wide range of geotechnical consulting projects, collaborating with mining, hydrogeology, and civil infrastructure teams to ensure smooth execution.
My responsibilities included planning and coordinating geotechnical field investigations, managing data collection from site work, laboratory testing, and archival research. Additionally, I conducted geotechnical analysis and reporting, preparing geological cross-sections, 3D models, settlement assessments, and slope stability studies. My work also involved operating GNSS equipment and UAVs (drones) for surveying and mapping.
Through these experiences, I built strong technical expertise in soil mechanics, geotechnical interpretation, and digital ground modeling. I developed a solid understanding of ground behavior and risk assessment, applying my skills in Civil 3D, Rocscience Slide, GIS, and Plaxis 3D to analyze complex site conditions. I also strengthened my communication and coordination skills, ensuring effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
During my time in this role, I introduced workflow improvements by implementing Civil 3D, GIS, and custom Excel tools, enhancing data accuracy and report efficiency. I successfully coordinated multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output. Additionally, I expanded surveying and site mapping capabilities through UAV operations, improving geotechnical data collection and visualization. My contributions helped streamline internal processes, optimizing project execution.
