    • Mr. Santos has over twenty-five (25) years of experience in project management, geotechnical engineering and civil works, with specific interest in mixed-use land development, tourism estates and reclamation.  He has extensive exposure in civil/geotechnical engineering and has co-written and presented papers in local and international conferences.
       
      He obtained his Bachelor of Science and Master’s Degrees in Civil (Geotechnical Engineering) from the University of the Philippines, and has served as Lecturer for Geotechnical Engineering in the UP Institute of Civil Engineering. He has Specialist Accreditation in Geotechnical Engineering from the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers; currently Director and Secretary of the Philippine Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering. He is a Founding Principal Engineer of AMH Philippines, Inc. and served three times as its president since the inception of the company in 1999.
