Geotechnical engineering experience includes seismic and non-seismic stability of soil and rock slopes, liquefaction of soft soils, design of retaining walls, cofferdams, flood berms, railroad foundations over soft sediments, conduits through earthen embankments, and evaluation of seepage, and consolidation analyses.
