- Senior Consultant
- RADCO is an accredited independent testing laboratory for the building products industry. Materials regularly tested include wall systems, fasteners, foam insulation, water vapor barrier, plastics, sheet metals, and many others. Products are tested for axial load, tensile & compressive strength, flexural & bending yield, accelerated aging, water penetration, wind load, impact resistance etc.
  As Senior Consultant, some of my responsibilities include:
  Interpreting Test Standards (ASTM, UL, ANSI etc.) in order to:
  
  Submit a proposal: estimate materials, test costs and turnaround time
  Design required test fixtures by hand or by using Google Sketchup
  Relay required test procedures and fixtures to the Lab Manager
  
  Monitoring test technicians progress and creating status reports
  Collecting and keeping track of all test data for the project
  Preparing invoices incrementally in line with the project's needs
  Writing detailed test reports which include:
  
  Outline of the test program
  Test procedures and standards
  Photo and Video documentation of testing
