      Has 56 years of experience on site investigation, design and analysis of dam foundations and foundation treatment, design of tunnels for oil products and gas and for mineral ore; consulting on tunnel under construction for hydro projects; study and analysis of excavation and natural slopes and their stabilization.
      Has worked in more that 50 dams and dam sites; design of 13 tunnels; participated in the design of several hydropower dams; acted as expert witness for two arbitrations for hydroelectrical projects, expert for several other arbitrations and for adjustments of sinisters related to dams, tunnels, and hydroelectiral projects and mining explorations.
