Over 30 years of considerable regional and international experience in Contract Administration, Business Development and Construction/Project Management. Successfully held many positions in which he provided leadership, focus, fiscal transparency and safety cognizance to field and office construction staff. Maintained close working relations with clients, contractors, design professionals, vendors and stakeholders to ensure project cost, schedule and quality requirements are maintained on all construction related activities. Areas of responsibility have included review and inspection of plans, and calculations for detailed construction sequences; e.g., falsework, shoring, staging, structure removal, embankment / surcharge loads and settlement, concrete surface treatment and crack sealing, piling and other foundation types, joint seals, drainage, grading, sub-bases and bases, surfacing and pavements and other technical submissions, on city, county, and state projects. Managed inspection of field and office staff; provided interpretation of contract plans and specifications. Assessed construction costs of changed conditions, and change order impacts to schedule and budget, while providing thorough resolution of field construction issues.
