• Designed and analyzed geotechnical and
foundation systems for multiple high-rise tower
developments across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.

• Performed advanced numerical geotechnical
modelling using PLAXIS 2D/3D for deep excavations,
shoring systems, foundation behaviour, pile
interaction, and staged construction analysis.

• Performed pile-group interaction and existing/new
pile interference studies using PLAXIS, evaluating the
effects of pile spacing, construction sequence,
induced stresses, settlement, and interaction
between adjacent foundations.
• Terrace Tower, Wave Tower, Breeze Tower – Radiant
Real Estate: Designed the center pile foundation
system and temporary shoring works, including
geotechnical modelling, excavation-stage analysis,
foundation coordination, quantity take-off, and cost
estimation. Performed detailed pile-group interaction
studies
• Prepared BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates,
and pricing analyses for foundation and enabling
works, including piling, shoring, excavation support,
concrete, reinforcement, steelwork, testing, and
associated temporary works.
• Completed the full enabling-works estimation and
pricing for the Terrace Tower project, covering major
construction activities, quantities, resource
requirements, subcontractor/supplier rates, and
overall project cost assessment.
