Ensure that everyone in the organization is aware of customer requirements.
Maintain the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO/IES 17025 standards.
Ensure management review meetings are conducted as per the plan.
Review and approve all quality procedures process.
Ensure the main process for QMS is established, implemented, and maintained.
Arrange internal quality audits as per the defined frequency.
Present the results of the internal audit to the top management during the management review meeting.
