LDC Development, Queens Road West - Project Geotechnical Engineer for diaphragm walls, barrette piles, 26m diameter caissons, construction dewatering, deformation monitoring and other geotechnical aspects of then proposed tallest steel building in Hong Kong comprising 300m high tower block, podium and 4 level basement on a geotechnically difficult site.
Tseung Kwan O Town Lot 27 - Investigation, design and site supervision of geotechnical works for diaphragm walled common basement and foundations for residential complex consisting of eleven 40-storey tower blocks built on reclaimed land.
KCRC Hung Hom Terminus - Project Engineer responsible for site investigation contract comprising 80 boreholes and associated works, and foundation design for 5 hectare podium & three tower block extension to existing Kowloon - Canton rail station.
