    • • Assist the Senior Laboratory engineer in overseeing the chemical and/or physical testing metals, aggregates, cements oils, petroleum products and other materials. Ensure compliance with the quality system for these areas of testing.
      • Assist the Senior Laboratory engineer by devising and applying formulas for interpretation and calculation of test results and make recommendations regarding compliance.
      • Assist in ensuring proper record keeping.
      • Assist in ensuring the calibration of equipment and their inventory.
      • Assign work and outlines procedures to be used by Junior Laboratory Engineers and Laboratory technicians under my supervision.
      • Ensure that the testing area under my supervision is maintained clean and the environment is ambient for the testing team.
      • Prepare technical report for works supervised.
      • Perform related work as required.
