Mr. Pinkston joined EMC in 2007 as a Project Manager for Environmental and Civil Engineering projects. He currently oversees all of EMC’s CMT, geotechnical, and environmental projects. He has played an instrumental part in obtaining EMC’s validation from the Corp of Engineers for our materials testing laboratory in Evans, Georgia since 2009, with current validation through 2019. His responsibilities include subsurface explorations, geotechnical evaluations, and construction materials testing. The implementation of thirty-two years of experience with geologic/hydrogeologic investigations, surveying, environmental, construction management, and civil engineering projects has evolved into a practical blend of design and “hands on” experience in the civil, geotechnical, and environmental industries. Mr. Pinkston brings a working knowledge of field and administrative tasks involving a broad range of projects. These projects include foundation investigations, subsurface investigations, materials testing, erosion control design & installation, UST/RCRA site assessments & remediation, technical report writing, remediation system design & development, and landfill management construction & closure. Cost-effective solutions to complex problems is Mr. Pinkston’s objective.
