Review/approve placement underground Utilities/Pipes/Storm water drains.
Review/approve placement of asphalt material &other construction materials, and calculate the quantity needed for them. And to supervise and observe work compliance with project specifications.
Review/approve placement of formwork, rebars, finishing and curing of concrete
Coordinate with field testing services
Ensure projects grades and alignment are in accordance with the plans
Take construction progress photos
Review field progress against approved CPM schedule and document/report variations
Review progress payment application with Const. Contractor and make recommendation on accuracy for pay items to the senior construction specialist /client
Inspect TCP and SWPPP for compliance with the plans
Inspect Caisson foundation testing and installations
Sheet piling installations and Soldier pile foundation and other deep foundations.
Calculations with blue prints for takeoff quantities.
Reconciliation of project materials using excel spreadsheets and other software like AutoCAD and GIS.
