As a Consulting Civil/Geotechnical Engineer, I provide professional advisory and design services related to soil, foundation, and infrastructure engineering for civil construction projects. My role involves planning, supervising, and interpreting geotechnical site investigations, including borehole drilling, in-situ testing (SPT, CPT, DCP, DPSH), and laboratory soil testing. I analyze subsurface conditions to evaluate soil bearing capacity, settlement characteristics, and slope stability, and I develop safe, economical, and code-compliant foundation solutions such as shallow foundations, raft foundations, pile foundations, and piled raft systems.
I am responsible for preparing geotechnical investigation reports, technical design calculations, and construction recommendations in accordance with relevant standards and codes. I also provide construction-stage support, including foundation inspection, quality control, and resolution of geotechnical challenges encountered on site. In addition, I collaborate with structural engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to manage geotechnical risks, optimize designs, and ensure the overall safety, durability, and performance of civil engineering projects.
