Initially responsible for the Chief Resident Engineers and Senior Resident Engineers supervising the construction of the Engineer Designed piled foundations, comprising 10,000 bored piles and 17,000 driven precast concrete piles installed in 12 months to support the Main Terminal Building and the Concourses, as well as an initial 30,000 m2 of diaphragm wall in preparation for an undergound train station. Later responsible for the design certification and construction supervision of a D&C contract for the construction of the whole underground train staion, excluding the fitout and the M&E works.
