- Construction management consulting and providing information to the Investor and related parties about structural design solutions, handling arising in the construction
- Explain to the investor about the technical issues. Surveying new technologies, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of technologies and solutions, meeting the needs of investors, assessing the suitability of technology solutions, construction and applied materials.
- Proposing and proposing solutions to overcome construction mistakes and prevent risks caused by the project implementation
- Evaluation of bidding documents, bid evaluation, contractor interview, contractor quality assessment of construction documents
- Make a report in stages to the Investor on the design and construction of the general contractor
- Participate in meetings between the Investor, Design Consultant, General Contractor, coordinates with the departments, coordinate detailed work for team members
