Our Client is a specialist engineering firm engaged in the design and supply of innovative, cost-effective systems for Mechanically stabilized earth projects. (MSE) Terrific,small, established (1981) profitable company located in one of the best places in the world to live. The firm has an outstanding reputation in the industry and is in a growth spurt that will provide big opportunity for the right person who is able to hit the ground running in the number two position in the engineering group. The company has 10 direct employees and 20 plus contract engineers. MSE experience is the best but leadership and management skills that get the most out of people in a positive way is critical. We need a minimum of 3 to 10 yrs. experience and proven management of other engineers activities is a must. knowledge of Auto Cad and Land Development Desktop is a big plus. Most of all its the person and an entrepreneurial approach to work that fits into a small team. You must have your PE, preferably in California, Florida but other states are fine.
