Title: SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – Geostructural Design Location: Acton, Massachusetts Geocomp is seeking a Senior Project Manager experienced in geostructural design aspects of heavy civil infrastructure construction (subsurface/deep foundation, earth retaining structures/levee embankment, excavation) to manage multiple projects. Key activities will be to oversee project managers; meet client expectations; prepare bids, proposals, and reports; and client outreach/relationship development to grow the business. Responsibilities Include: • Oversee/manage multiple projects and client relationships • Ensure projects meet/exceed schedule/budget • Negotiate contracts, change orders and supplemental agreements • Manage, mentor, develop and review design staff for specific projects • Optimize work tasks of project teams and supervise preparation of technical reports • Review, communicate, and manage project health and safety plans Geocomp is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
