GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS SEATTLE, WASHINGTON We have openings for full-time, exempt professional positions located in our Seattle, Washington office. Responsibilities include: *Perform field explorations and collect samples. *Perform geotechnical lab duties. *Perform engineering analyses and calculations. *Write reports. *Interact and communicate with clients and staff. Requirements include: *Entry level and/or 3-6 years of experience. *M.S. degree, Geotechnical Engineering. *Coursework and/or working backgrounds in one or more of the following areas: soil and rock tunneling, rock mechanics, rock and soil slope stability, engineering geology, hydrogeology, and construction management. *Requires some degree of travel. *This position requires critical thinking and analysis; frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, and lifting and carrying 30+ pounds; working in all weather conditions; and driving to and from job sites. *Excellent writing, organizational, and communications skills essential.
