Geotechnical Engineering Career Question - Remote Work Opportunities for Geotechnical Engineers.
Hello everyone! do you know if there are any future opportunities for a work from home jobs as a geotechnical engineer?
I am a 28 year old practicing geotechnical engineer specializing in the design of geosynthetics. I also have a masters degree in civil engineering with a geotechnical track. I have also a worked as an instructor or geotechnical engineering, and had an experience in a geotechnical laboratories.
I am currently working in a foreign country. In 3 years time I want to work from home and spend more time with my parents and family. So now, I want to know specific skillsets I need to master so that I can work remotely from another country. Also, can you suggest any companies that may hire GEs and are okay with this setup? I would really appreciate if anyone can share their thoughts.
