Geotechnical Engineers 2
CDM is currently looking for several fulltime Geotechnical Engineers for our offices in Raleigh, NC, Orlando, FL and Bellevue, WA. Here is a description of the requirements: Perform complex work in applying geotechnical engineering techniques, procedures & principles on a wide variety of civil engineering projects including transportation, water and wastewater and hazardous waste projects. Solid understanding of soil mechanics, shallow and deep foundations, slope stability, earth structures, earth pressures, instrumentation, construction monitoring, and soils laboratory testing. Tunneling a plus. BSCE with geotechnical engineering emphasis required PE license in NC a plus. MSCE with geotechnical engineering emphasis is highly desired.
