Intermountain GeoEnvironmental Services Inc. (IGES) is currently interviewing candidates to fill positions for Geotechnical Engineers. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, IGES Inc. is a geotechnical design and consulting group with a specialized geotechnical testing lab. Qualified candidates for the Geotechnical Engineering position will have at a minimum a M.S. in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Geotechnical Engineering. Greater consideration will be given to those candidates with more experience and have or can obtain a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of Utah. The position requires strong analytical skills, field investigations, design, and analysis. The successful candidate should be dedicated to quality and accuracy; possess the personality to interaction with engineers, clients, and staff, and the ability to support multiple projects. The Geotechnical Engineer will oversee and participate in projects that include a wide variety of geotechnical and geologic issues.
