Is investing in geo-engineering morally wrong?

C'mon we have to deal with the fact that our knowledge is pretty limited. Isn't geo-engineering like playing God in some sort of way?

Morally wrong to one person may be the fundamental base for another persons morality scale. In a world where so many different people coexist sometimes it is not a matter of right or wrong but of compromise. Meaning, if the knowledge and technology are there it is inevitable that it will be used in one way or another, openly or covertly either way it will be implemented. So, it is not a matter of morally right or wrong it is matter of working out the best solution for all involved with the least negative ramification.

It is in man's nature to want to control his environment. Personally I feel that bio-engineering is much more akin to "playing God" than geo-engineering. Ultimately, truth is relative to those who seek it!
