This may seem trivial to most posting on this site but I have a question in regards to whom I would contact in my area for the following problem. I believe I may have an underground stream under my basement that causes water to seep up from the basement floor. Im wanting to talk with someone to see if they can identify the source.

Do provide some information of your location. If this is the case of some confidential reasons, then consult with local Geologist or Geotechnical Engineers. It seems it is caused by some ground water table. The local testing services with enough soil test equipment should able to do investigate upon the ground condition via boring method. Hope that helps...
