1. By having this committee, for the time being it aims to build a platform to let members to share/exchange ideas/experiences of topics of the ATC 6 to widen members’ knowledges;
2. Up to the now, topics of ATC 6 cover (1) excavation, (2) tunnelling, (3) urban renovation but which can be changed from time to time.  The goal which ATC 6 has to be further determined and to be achieved in the future;
3. It is agreed that members of committee to think what goal ATC 6 shall reach and provide ideas after the meeting;
4. Details of ATC 6 web site have been started to work and will be updated to members later on;  
5. It is agreed that Professor Chen R. P. will host the 2nd symposium of ATC 6 in 2017 in Changsha, Hunan in China;
6. Database in Hong Kong, Korea and Japan may have to be checked first and see whether we can use that or give comments.  It may set up the link from ATC 6 web site to assist member to use that.  Professor Sugimoto will send links of Japanese database to all members.
