EarthScience Information Systems (EScIS) is expanding and looking for a mid- or senior-level ESdat Client Engagement and Support Expert to help clients get more from ESdat within their organizations.

This opportunity suits an experienced geo-environmental professional who enjoys sharing knowledge, improving data management practices and helping others succeed. You'll work alongside fellow ESdat experts while continuing to develop your own skills with the software.

Make a difference through client support and training

You'll work directly with clients to understand their challenges, improve their ESdat workflows and deliver online or onsite training. The role also includes creating practical support resources, developing best-practice materials and sharing client success stories through case studies.

Alongside client engagement, you'll demonstrate ESdat's capabilities, contribute articles and social media content, and represent EScIS at industry events.

Bring your experience and enthusiasm

EScIS is seeking someone with practical ESdat experience, a passion for geo-environmental data and a track record of driving improvements. Project management experience, a relevant degree or diploma, and familiarity with at least two sectors- mining, consulting, government, industry, or landfill- are also required.
